Health iAge is provided by AI Negotiator Technology Limited, an organization in China. This page explains common issues and how to get help with the Health iAge application (the “App”).

Support is available in English. We aim to respond to email requests within 48 hours.

1. Contact support

Email service@healthage.cloud.

Include only the minimum non-sensitive information needed to reproduce the issue:

  • your iPhone model and iOS version;
  • your Health iAge App version;
  • your Apple Watch model and watchOS version if the issue involves the Watch;
  • whether the issue occurs on iPhone, Apple Watch, or both;
  • a short, non-sensitive description or paraphrase of the status shown; and
  • the steps that reproduce the issue.

Do not send:

  • Apple Health screenshots, raw HealthKit values, exports, or databases;
  • Health Age, age-gap, state-reference, factor, or Today values;
  • date of birth, biological sex, medical information, or medical records;
  • Apple Account credentials, passwords, device passcodes, or verification codes;
  • complete payment-card information, receipts, or StoreKit transaction identifiers;
  • complete crash dumps, console logs, or diagnostic archives unless support specifically requests a privacy-reviewed extract; or
  • any other information you do not want support personnel or service providers to receive.

Support communications are separate from the App's on-device health processing and Firebase telemetry. We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, operate and secure the service, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. See the Privacy Policy for details.

2. Important wellness notice

Health Age and related outputs are general-wellness estimates based on recent personal trends. They are not medical advice, diagnoses, treatments, measures of cellular or biological age, or predictions of lifespan.

Do not use the App for emergencies, medication, treatment, or other clinical decisions. Support cannot provide medical advice or interpret a result as a diagnosis. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, contact the emergency services available in your location. For health concerns, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Who can receive an estimate?

The adult Health Age estimate is supported only for ages 18 through 79 inclusive.

  • Users aged 14 through 17 may receive a limited youth-wellness experience but do not receive an adult Health Age, age gap, Health Age Trend Ratio, younger/older result, state reference, share conclusion, Watch age, or complication age.
  • Other unsupported ages do not receive an adult estimate.
  • If age information is unavailable, the App does not guess, default, clamp, or move age to a supported band.

Health iAge is not intended for children under 14.

4. Set up Apple Health access

Health iAge uses read-only access to selected Apple Health information and does not write to Apple Health.

  1. Open Health iAge and follow onboarding.
  2. Review Apple's Health access sheet.
  3. Choose the read types you want to make available.
  4. Return to Health iAge and allow the initial on-device calculation to finish.

Review or change access later in the Health app or iPhone Settings. Turning access off may reduce coverage or make an estimate unavailable. It does not delete source information from Apple Health or immediately remove information already stored in the App's local cache; use Delete local health data for that purpose.

5. “No data or access limited”

Apple does not allow apps to reliably distinguish denied read access from the absence of matching Health samples. Health iAge may therefore show “no data or access limited” in either case.

Try the following:

  1. Review Health permissions in the Health app or iPhone Settings.
  2. Check that relevant Health categories contain recent information.
  3. Confirm that your date of birth is available and within the supported adult range.
  4. Reopen Health iAge and use Refresh if that action is available.
  5. Allow time for best-effort HealthKit and background processing to finish.

Do not send the underlying Health values to support. If the issue continues, send only device/App versions, a short non-sensitive status description, and reproduction steps.

6. Not enough data or limited coverage

Health iAge can use supported trends from activity, workouts, sleep, heart and respiratory signals, recovery, body measurements, mobility, nutrition, mindfulness, and qualified personal context. You do not need to provide every available type, but insufficient, old, inconsistent, unsupported, or unavailable information can reduce coverage or prevent an estimate.

Coverage describes how much usable input is represented. It is not a percentage accuracy, medical confidence score, or guarantee that an estimate is correct.

Missing or query-failed information does not automatically count as an age penalty.

7. Health Age Trend Ratio and state reference

The Health Age Trend Ratio describes eligible same-version closed-week history. It is not a physiological aging rate, biological-age velocity, or prediction of future aging. It may remain unavailable until sufficient comparable history exists.

The five state-reference levels—Leading, Strong, Balanced, Building, and Focus—form a versioned, static, local engineering reference. They are not percentiles, leaderboards, external calibration, or rankings of real Health iAge users, and they do not affect Health Age.

8. Automatic Sleep Estimation

Automatic Sleep Estimation is optional.

  1. Open You → Settings → Apple Watch.
  2. Turn on Automatic Sleep Estimation.
  3. Follow Apple's Motion authorization prompt on the Watch when presented.
  4. Wear the Watch in a supported position and allow normal device synchronization.

When enabled, the Watch reduces authorized motion readings to five-minute counts, coverage, variance, jerk, and active-fraction summaries. Raw readings are not written to App storage or transferred. Summaries move only to the paired iPhone, remain on your devices, and are retained for no more than 72 hours.

The feature estimates sleep and naps; it does not fabricate Apple sleep stages. Apple-provided sleep records remain authoritative and replace overlapping App estimates when available. Motion permission, battery, charging, device position, Watch availability, background scheduling, and insufficient evidence can prevent an estimate.

Turn the feature off in You → Settings → Apple Watch. You can also change Motion access through Apple's system settings.

9. Subscription help

View available plans

Open You → Settings → Subscription → View options, or select View options from an eligible locked feature. Apple supplies the localized plan, price, billing period, and introductory-offer eligibility.

Seven-day introductory offer

A seven-day free trial appears only when Apple reports that your Apple Account is eligible and the offer is configured for that plan and storefront. Installing the App, completing onboarding, or granting Health access does not start a trial. A trial begins only after you confirm through Apple's purchase flow.

If Apple reports that you are not eligible, Health iAge displays the paid subscription terms supplied by Apple.

Restore purchases

  1. Open You → Settings → Subscription.
  2. Select Restore Purchases.
  3. Confirm that the device uses the Apple Account associated with the purchase.

Restoring asks Apple to synchronize an entitlement. Health iAge cannot transfer a subscription between different Apple Accounts.

Manage or cancel

Open You → Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription, or follow Apple's subscription-cancellation instructions.

Deleting local health information or deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the period Apple has already verified, subject to Apple's rules and applicable law.

Billing and refunds

Apple processes App Store billing and refund requests. Health iAge support cannot view complete payment information or approve an App Store refund. Use reportaproblem.apple.com or review Apple's refund guidance. Eligibility depends on Apple's terms, your country or region, and applicable law.

10. Share Analytics

Health iAge uses Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring for limited product interaction, crash, and performance data.

  • New users whose App Store storefront is in the EEA or United Kingdom are asked before Firebase is initialized.
  • For other storefronts, and when the storefront cannot be determined, collection is enabled by default.
  • Every user can turn Share Analytics on or off in You → Settings.

Firebase does not receive HealthKit samples or values, Health Age or age-gap values, date of birth, biological sex, health-factor identity or contribution, detailed Health authorization state, StoreKit transaction identifiers, prices, receipts, share content, or user-entered/free-form text.

Turning Share Analytics off stops future Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance collection, resets local Analytics data, and deletes crash reports still waiting to be sent. It does not automatically erase telemetry already received by Google. See the Privacy Policy for data types, purposes, and retention.

11. Delete local health data

To clear App-managed health information:

  1. Open You → Settings.
  2. Open Apple Health.
  3. Select Delete local health data.
  4. Review the message and confirm deletion.

This clears Health iAge reports and history, replaces the local Apple Health-derived cache with an empty suspended state, returns the App to onboarding, and makes derived Watch displays unavailable when connectivity permits.

It does not:

  • delete source information from Apple Health;
  • automatically revoke Apple Health permissions;
  • cancel an Apple subscription; or
  • erase Apple's transaction history.

After deletion, complete Health authorization again if you want Health iAge to calculate new results. Health notifications do not automatically become enabled again; make a new notification choice in the App.

12. Apple Watch and complications

The paired iPhone sends a limited derived display snapshot to Apple Watch. It does not send raw HealthKit samples, date of birth, biological sex, route coordinates, or detailed sleep, heart-rate, HRV, or other health readings.

If a Watch value or complication is unavailable, stale, or expired:

  1. Confirm that the iPhone and Apple Watch are paired and nearby when possible.
  2. Open Health iAge on the iPhone and allow it to refresh.
  3. Open Health iAge on the Apple Watch.
  4. Confirm that the iPhone result itself is available and current.
  5. Confirm that the required subscription entitlement is active, or restore purchases when appropriate.

WatchConnectivity and complication refresh are best-effort Apple services and do not promise an exact refresh time. Stale values are labeled, and expired conclusions are removed rather than displayed indefinitely. A complication is visible to anyone who can see your watch face.

13. Sharing and privacy

Sharing is optional and begins only when you choose the system share action and a destination. Review the preview before sharing. The intended shared summary contains derived, estimated language rather than raw HealthKit values.

After sharing, the recipient person, app, or service controls its copy under its own terms and privacy practices.

14. Notifications

Health iAge uses on-device local notifications and does not register for remote push notifications in the current version. Delivery time, Focus, Notification Summary, hidden previews, and iPhone-to-Watch notification mirroring are controlled by iOS.

Health notification text is designed not to place a Health Age, age gap, magnitude, metric, factor, source-event identifier, or transaction identifier on the lock screen. Anyone who can access your device may still see notification text according to your system preview settings.

Change notification authorization in iPhone Settings and category preferences in Health iAge Settings. Notification denial is not interpreted as a HealthKit permission state.

15. Report a bug safely

Send the smallest amount of information needed to reproduce the problem. Prefer a written, non-sensitive description of the App state over a screenshot.

If a screenshot is essential, crop or cover Health Age values, calendar age, age gap, state reference, factor values, dates, notifications, and other identifying or health-related details before sending.

Health iAge support will never ask for your Apple Account password, device passcode, two-factor authentication code, complete payment-card number, raw Apple Health database, or StoreKit transaction identifier.

16. Compatibility and updates

The iPhone App requires iOS 18 or later. Apple Watch features require a compatible paired Apple Watch, a supported watchOS version, and the Watch targets included in the installed App version. Feature availability can vary by hardware, operating-system version, region, HealthKit availability, and Apple service status.

The App, model, supported HealthKit types, subscription configuration, and support instructions may change. The effective and last-updated dates identify this page's current version.
